Elliot's Restaurant and Bar - Apex Waterloo Place Hotel (New Town)

• They serve lovely pre theater lunch to which the price is pretty reasonable but great quality food and Chefs are top notch
• For the dinner they offer complimentary Amuse bouche which is always creative and taste great
• The staffs are very courteous and attentive
• S at the Apex Hotel is a close second to Howie&rsquo
• Please bear in mind that this was mass catering for 26 people and is reviewed as such
• The room we had was beautifully laid out
• The usual crackers were laid out but we also had some fun hats to wear which certainly got everyone messing around and posing for photos from the off set
• He went above and beyond to ensure everything was ok with our meal
• I've been here a few times now and it never ceases to amaze me how good the food is and how well presented it is
