• Considering this is a chain burger bar
• The menu isn't entirely clear about what is suitable for people with dietary difficulties
• Flexible and with many offers on it's good to know they're there
• Whilst I would not argue with Jules Winnfield to his face
• It is however one of the world's most popular food items and with good reason
• Burgers truly are a ubiquitous product able to suit every taste

• Leith early one midweek evening with a few friends and the place was already quite busy

• The table we were offered was clean and there was a well stocked selection of condiments along with a tin of cutlery and napkins
• The specials with knowledgeable panache and directed us to the counter to order our food and drinks
• Such was the choice that two of us played it safe and went with regular beef burgers with cheese and bacon
• To another pleasant twenty something who took the opportunity to up sell some sides and led to us sharing chips and onion rings along with garlic mayo
• We were provided with glasses for our tasty beverages and directed to a drinks machine from which we helped ourselves
• Especially if you are the sort of person who wants to sit down at the start of a meal and not get up until you are ready to leave
• When you are chatting with your pals you tend to not notice how long food takes to arrive
• Unless it is too long and that was not the case here
• The burgers were perfectly cooked
• The sour dough bun was just the right size to contain the burger and the salad which was crispy and obviously fresh
• My beef eating buddy totally agreed with me on this point
• What appeared to be half a flame grilled chicken was shoe horned into the bun along with plenty of cucumber and a fair drizzling of sauce
• The portions of chips and onion rings are plenty to share a bowl between two people
• We found that the two bowls were plenty between the three of us
• Both were crispy with the chips still fluffy in the middle and none of the greasiness that sometimes accompanies such offerings
• I was particularly impressed that on a couple of occasions he would sit customers down at a clean table with their menus whilst he would prepare a recently frequented booth before moving them over
• The informal setting was matched by the service style which was exactly what was required
• More and more these burger restaurants are popping up
• Sultana Malik and I got discount through O2 priority which is always good
• Handmade Burger is a pretty good option in Ocean Terminal
• Their burgers and chips are both fairly decent and the turnaround is pretty quick
• The cost soon mounts up once you add sides and drinks but there are often money saving deals to be found online
• I thought it was pretty good
• Bacon and cheese burger which was good but I would probably order without the bacon next time as it tasted a little too chargrilled for me
• We ordered a side of thick cut chips and onion rings which I thought was the best part of the meal
• They were proper chips and not just the regular oven chips and onions rings were delicious in a crispy batter
• Said he believed the tikka paste was from a jar
• This time I tried it and it was sooooooooo good
• Ocean terminal is always nice place to go and relax
• The burgers are good although I tend to leave the bun as they are pretty filling
• Their onion rings are up there with my top 5
• I like that you can customise any burger to your liking which is good for dietary requirements
• They offer 15% student discount which was an added bonus

• I also got some chips with my dinner which were yummy
• The view is beautiful especially when there is the sunset and the menù
• We had few misunderstandings with the waiter
• It's not the best I've ever had
• I was so excited to find out there is one just 10 minutes away from my flat
• The view from the restaurant is amazing and it was really lovely watching the sunset whilst shoving a burger in my face
• Though I believe there had been some misunderstandings with people in our parties order which was a shame
• The burger itself was lovely but I felt the same burger
• Was super excited to go here as my friends and I were visiting the city and we couldn't wait to get a sea view with our meal
• Never the less we had a nice meal with an amazing view and friendly service from the staff not forgetting the comfortable ambience
• Seated quickly in a comfy booth with fabulous views out to sea
• Menus are straight forward easy to understand with options of gluten free and a mix n match as you go
• I think they'd be better to operate a number system where you collect your order from the counter as I am unsure what all the waitresses do and there are quite a few of them
• Coleslaw and definitely what has to be one of the best milkshakes in Edinburgh
• The restaurant has ample and comfortable seats and the burgers are incredible
• The bun to patty ratio is simply perfect
• What I loved the most was to see that they have several vegetarian/vegan choices
• Unfortunately the place is now showing signs of age
• So we managed to find a decent table and were quickly greeted by a very pleasant waiter
• We both ordered burgers with a side of fries and onion rings
