Stefanos (Morningside)

• We ordered food from Stefanos a couple of days ago at 10.45pm and we were told the food would arrive at approx 11.30
• At 12am there was no sign of the food so we gave the shop a call to find out where our order was
• We were told the driver was on his way and would be roughly ten minutes Which we were happy with
• I don't know when he is going to arrive so stop phoning"
• As you can imagine I was pretty shocked at this response as I was only asking where our food was
• I responded by saying I was pretty worried as 1) we had already paid for the order
• 3) the shop was closing soon
• At 1.10am the food had not yet arrived and I tried to phone again however as soon as I asked if the food was going to eventually come or not the male over the phone hung up straight away
• Thankfully the company JustEat has had several problems with this company before and was able to refund us as the food was un eatable at this stage
