  • My friend and I were short changed by £

  • When till was checked they were proved wrong

  • They returned our ten pounds with bad grace then proceeded to say they had given us a twenty pound note instead of ten

  • Unfortunately the rating bar only goes as low as 1.0 and believe me that is way too high for Park Lane (City Centre)
