The way you make it is to use a good Mutti pizza sauce as a base for making Kebab chilli sauce then add chopped fresh green chillis
Unlike some Kebab shops Salad which is not very fresh and only consists of dry lettuce and onions and nothing pickled
Only thing I would recommend is to have what kebab shops have in other parts of the UK which is to have separate bowls for each type of Salad ie a big bowl of cucumber
