Anar Persian Kitchen (Ladbroke Grove)

• A perfect Sunday for me starts with a yoga session
• Rammed full of eateries and stuffed with a bunch of people chewing the fat over a vast array of cuisines
• Intimate place with a relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming staff
• 17 (and it represents two large glasses) it was rather a lot to swallow
• Onion and whey was a thickish dip that was just absolutely delicious
• The ingredients had all been blended together and the resulting symphony of flavours was outstanding
• Creamy and scooped up with a little flat bread
• The most interesting of dishes was a simple salad of radish
• I also really liked the way they cooked their rice mostly plain white basmati with a little saffron soaked rice added
• Tomato and onion salad was rather bland it could have done with some herbs to pep it up but overall the food went down a treat
• Their grill selection is nice and the decor is fab too
