The Blacksmith's Arms (Rotherhithe)

• The Blacksmith's Arms has Thai food rather than standard pub grub it's not the best Thai in town (not by a long shot) but it's decent and does the job for a small neighbourhood joint
• The chicken and cashew nuts is spicy and full of flavour as is the Pad Thai
• The prawn crackers to start aren't your usual brand of limp white flaccid crisps but pink and red and zingy and spicy and go really well with the sweet chilli sauce that are there to dip into
• The menu has British with influence from other cuisines
• Probably the best value Rib Eye steak I have had for a long time
• Beautifully cooked with excellent chips
• This I a Fuller's pub so had honey dew on tap which is a blessing
• The choice of beers is limited it sufficient
• Didn't try the food as we were in a hurry
• The ambiance of the pub is amazing and instantly soaks you in the history when Rotherhithe was a dock to Canadian and Russian ships in the 60s
• The pasta (tagliatelle) was very delicious
