Cecconi's (Mayfair)

• One of my favourite Italian's in London I feel the atmosphere is quite special inside
• Then start with a glass of Prosecco
• All of which are cooked to great quality
• The vegetables that come with the meals also make a nice addition
• My personal favourite is the Organic Salmon
• The waiters are very professional and are happy to comply with requests
• When you see the truffles displayed right at the entrance you know you are in for quite a treat
• The wine list is dominated by Italian wine (what else would you expect
• The one thing to bear in mind though is that forget your calorie counter at home when you come here the food is cooked for the taste and has its very generous helping of cheese and fat to it
• Service is professional and food is great especially the pasta
• The green chairs and white table linens are distinctly Cecconi's
• I had some sort of a chocolate truffle/log thing that was firm to the touch but melted the moment it hit your tongue
• The clotted cream was also a great touch
• Little bit of a mistake with our reservation
• If possible ask for a window table so you can entertain yourself with the comings and goings in Mayfair
• The service was a second to none
• Looks like they are spending a lot of efforts to maintain the standards
• The service is really good and very personal
• The traditional breakfast was prepared very well with all the grills
• Sausages and bacon were done to perfection
• I will go back if I want a private lunch or breakfast with pizzaz and class
• Good but there are better around
• I would say it is move fun that Sartoria
• Good set up with the bar and table
• Given the price i can't say there was anything remarkable or different about the food there that we haven't had elsewhere
