Diwan (Marylebone)

• The decor is simple and brightened with the purple and yellow design but it's nothing fussy and the service is mediocre
• A shawarma is cheap and the easiest option to grab and go
• The cheese rikkat and kibbeh are decent at best and I would advise you to skip the sambousek since it's not really fried as it should be
• I do wish there was a place in London serving 'fateyer lahem' (lamb) though since all the restaurants just seem to serve the spinach version
• The prices are slightly higher in a few cases than seen on the menu here
• In a really busy area this is one of the few places you can enjoy a nice quiet meal or drink
• Lebanese food is usually very good and it's no different in Diwan (Marylebone)
• The service is excellent and staff are very friendly
• I so much wanted to try Lebanese when I was in London and my sister kept promising me to take me to a great place
• Alas that never happened so one day I was cycling around this market when I saw this restaurant and decided to try out the shawarma
• The service was quick but the food was ordinary
• One thing about Diwan the service is impeccable
• Pity we stuffed at our faces with burgers from the little restaurant on the opposite
