I'd say our lunch was all about beautifully sourced ingredients
First food to arrive was a savory croissant sandwich
We also had pinzimonio (crudites with olive oil dip) with a wonderful fruity oil
A large portion of prosciutto came with a scoop of intense cantaloupe sorbet and and some nice sour dough
So when I was approached with an invitation to try Il Cudega
I immediately recognised the name and accepted with no hesitation
