They even added extra charges to bill on two occasions and when questions they couldn't explain it so they were obliged to remove it from the bill
Found a hair in the soup once which is fair enough sometimes this can happen but the staff in the place did not feel inclined to exchange my soup for another as they argued it wasn't their staffs hair
