• Honey bartender Sean Fennelly was brought in to set things in motion
• Botanicals are pre mixed and left to blend in traditional julep fashion

• You can stick to house wine and beers (currently New Orleans Dixie Beer with more local brews on the way)

• Cocktails are shaken and the musicians wonder round the room with their instruments in hand
• One glance around the room and you'll see everyone is unable to take their eyes off the band
• Injecting each and every element with the warmth and love of music that keeps me coming back time and again
