Made Bar & Kitchen (Camden Town)

• We ordered 3 dishes and were quite full by the end
• All three of us were very pleased with what we had ordered
• The food was great although the staff was very busy as the place was full throughout the time we were there
• The poached egg was soft in the middle and the butter dressing so delicious
• Course 2 Girolle mushrooms with port sauce and spatzle
• Firm sea bass with flat bread and yoghurt to make little fish sandwiches
• Final dish Pork Belly with Butternut squash
• The pork belly was every carnivore's dream soft
• Melt in the mouth with a crispy crackling topping
• The pureed squash was largely ignored
• The crumble wasn't to my taste it was watery with little flavour
• Molten chocolate gooeyness with a raspberry coulis to complement and pistachio bits
• A great end to what was a very interesting and well executed meal
• We were a 15 person strong group with the usual varying arrival times but they were very accommodating and relaxed about taking orders at different times

• I ordered the Quinoa salad as the main and started with a Bloody Mary
• Two sips was all I could muster with the amount of chili that it contained
• A few people thought it was alright (it got passed around) though most agreed there was way too much spice for it
• I moved to the Bellini's which were much better but the hassle was having enough waitstaff to continually have a drink
