When I visited they were woefully understaffed
On a Friday night they simply need more bodies on the floor the waitstaff on duty were working at full tilt but there was just no way to get everything done
The food was fairly good (but cold) and the drinks were innovative and flavourful (I especially enjoyed the neon blue Violet Skies)
