Shad Indian (London Bridge)

• Yes i admit that indian food is generally oily but the amount of oil in the dishes at shad was just unbelievable
• The vegetables were over cooked
• The restaurant is pleasant enough with a well stocked
• The decors were quiet attractive with those very attractive sparkling dividers but the waiter and the manager took us to the basement which was horrible
• The service was extremely slow
• None of us got settled with the depressing ambiance the scariest part of the lunch started arriving on our table The Food
• T even manage the courage to taste it as it was horribly presented
• It was filled with just salt and no spices
• Papad and Rice were the only edible dishes during that lunch
• The dessert (Vanilla ice cream with a Chocolate covering) is the reason for +0.5 in the rating
• Whether they serve regular people like this or they take some sort of revenge with the Indian Groups travelling and eating at their restaurant
• We went there after a great family outing with an expectation to finish our day with some good dinner and call off a fun filled day
• Basement sitting area was kind of a scary place where I do not think any one can enjoy food

• We had dinner in the restaurant and I can say it is one of the worst restaurant I have visited in my life

• We got to know it is not a Indian Restaurant just name is states as Indian restaurant
• I ordered aloo chaat and their version of aloo chaat is aloo with a deep fried stale bhatura
• There was no yogurt or any of the sauces with the chat only ketchup
• It really looked like the food in general was stale and not at all Indian
• I went for a lunch with colleagues on weekday and the service turned out to be rather slow
• The restaurant was spotlessly clean and of the highest standards in the trade
• The chairs was very comfortable and the restaurant is just that cut above others
• Good overall restaurant experience is always made up of not only food taste
• So a family with kid also have to order 1 main course for the kid even though he cannot have else will charge 7.50 cover charge
• Service is very non friendly atleast to Asians but obsrved they tried to be cozy with British with made up accent
• Eat in menu is 1.75 times higher than take away charges put up on the shop window
• The only reason am rating 2 is because taste was decent
• The food was fresh and delicious the menu was great for all tastes and budgets
• Since this restaurant is right opposite my office and I&rsquo
• I asked three servers before I was served water
• They served the biryani with a vegetable curry
• The mint chutney was anything but chutney
• The chicken biryani was sweet and was full of raisins that added to the sweet quotient
• S a yogurt dip that is usually a side dish but missing on the menu
• Your existence is due to your customers
• The staffs are attentive and knowledgeable but not overbearing
• They offer excellent assistance and advice when ordering and for those less familiar with Indian food this is a massive plus
• When the dishes are explained and options given to ensure no one will get a meal too hot for palette
• The facilities were clean and honestly I can not find anything to fault with this restaurant
• Superb food and the waiters are really nice
