• I mean an experience that encompasses several aspects of dining from how well the ingredients in the dish we were cooked to how they were plated
• The sandwiches weren't just two slices of bread with something tasty thrown in between
• They've tried to be creative and succeeded because pork has a lovely flavour and goes well with the rest of the ingredients
• I may have to change that opinion because the cocotte was beautifully cooked
