Suchard (London Bridge)

• This restuarant is almost always full
• Their portions are decent and so are the prices
• The only bad thing about the restaurant is the service
• Ask for some extra sauce and you are warned of the extra 1 quid on your bill
• Also some of the staff is inexperienced and rude
• The ambiance is not that great but the food is really good especially Gang Curry
• As the name suggests it is quite close to the Chard building
• A small Thai restaurant with not much of a seating area
• Cosy and smells great which is a huge positive for a Thai restaurant
• The service is really kind
• The quality and amount of food is good and they bring it to the table pretty fast
• Creamy coconut rice on the side was a complete winner
• Consists of sticky rice with stir fried mushrooms
• Green peppercorns and black bean sauce with coconut drink
• Staff were helpful with constant smiles
• I went to Suchards for dinner with my colleagues
• Their food is always fresh and well presented
• Thai Spicy Salad which go well with the Weeping Tiger (grilled beef) and Thai Green curry
• I ordered a Thai green curry with coconut rice
• Atmosphere was a little dull
• A restaurant that is full of surprises
• I tried the vegetarian pad Thai and the Pad Khing with coconut rice &
• Decent food with a reasonable price tag
• The Thai here was decent and the kitchen were so quick we had our meals within 5 minutes
