The Ten Bells (Spitalfields)

• As you enter the Ten Bells you are surrounded by displays of its Victorian heritage
• The food upstairs is particularly good
• The slow roast lamb shoulder was masterfully cooked and well matched with the pearl barley
• Whilst the location and decor of the pub itself is fantastic the food in the Ten Bells is the true gem
• The 'Young Turks' (who also run the equally brilliant Clove Club down the road in the Shoreditch Town Hall) combine seasonal ingredients with simple yet powerful British cooking to incredible effect
• Stepping inside Ten Bells is like stepping back in time as it still has a lot of the original Victorian fixtures and heritage
• S common for the crowd to spill out into the street outdoors as it is so popular
• If your after a pub with some history then Ten Bell's is supposed to be linked to two of Jack the Ripper's victims
• We visited on Saturday 2/1/2016 around 1pm having just taken my 13 yr old son to the Jack the ripper museum so could not miss a visit as 10 Bells as it is part of the history
• T's and 2x orange juice) he once again displayed immense venom in declining the soft drinks as they were for my children
• To be spoken too in such an impertinent manor is NOT acceptable
• An amazing place with nice interiors and a dark history from the days of Jack the Ripper
