Woburn Tandoori (King's Cross)

• Me and my wife were terribly ill after eating here
• They have new management now and they were rude and dismissive when we complained
• The only other things we had that day were cereal for breakfast and a pret sandwich for lunch
• I went back to complain that we were ill and they had pretty much ruined our weekend in London
• I am a disabled 49 year old civil servant with cerebral palsy and walk with the aid of a walker
• I was attending a training course in London and decided to try this Indian restaurant as it was close to my hotel
• The restaurant was small but only about half full
• He asked if I was able to sit on a chair
• The waiter said I couldn't use the toilet as it was downstairs
• I tried to explain that I was staying in a hotel and asked why I couldn't sit down
• The restaurant is only half full
• I said again that I was staying in a hotel and reminded him that he had said I could have a table for one
• I was annoyed and suggested it was illegal to refuse service on the grounds of disability
• By this time I was being ushered out by a rather large gentleman
• I turned on him and asked why he was apologising to these good people but didn't mind discriminating against a disabled person
