• The macarons were bouncy yet firm and not super sweet like a lot on the market these days
• The mastermind behind Yolkin is Sammie Lee
• So what to do with the egg yolks
• They now sell out within an hour and queues are longer than the length of the road
• Flavours change every week and are posted via instagram every Tuesday
• Friendly staff who are very helpful
• If you are a fan of palmaviolet sweets then you are in for a treat with their violet ice cream
• The macaroon is chewy and it tastes goooood
• The one thing I never got to try in Seoul was macaron ice cream sandwich
• The portions served up in Seoul were so huge my friends and I never had room for desserts
• Pastel coloured shells with ice cream sandwiched between the two taken at all sort of angles
• Yet sadly due to its popularity they always sold out on a Saturday when they were trading at Whaam
• The macaron icecreams are nothing but fantastic and they have a variety of flavours ranging from Milo
